1% 3.3VOL or 2% 6.7VOL For use when:
• Creating deeper, richer shades.
• Staying on the same depth or going darker.
• Using toners on delicate or porous hair.
Permanent colour mixed with Converter can be applied to wet or dry hair, depending on the desired result. When applied to clean, towel dried hair you will achieve a tone-on-tone result that will gradually wash away. When applied to dry hair, it will give a more permanent result.
